  • WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AFTER RECEIVING MY ESTIMATE?

    Review the proposal, if you are satisfied with it call the office sign the proposal and either fax , mail or email it to us.

  • HOW LONG AFTER SIGNING MY PROPOSAL WILL I BE SCHEDULED?payment methods do you accept?

    Usually within 1-2 weeks.

  • HOW IS ASPHALT ESTIMATED?

    Asphalt is usually measured by the square foot, sometimes by yards.

  • WHAT TEMPERATURE IS SUITABLE FOR LAYING ASPHALT?

    As long as weather permits ,the temperature is 40 degrees and above and the ground is dry and thawed.

  • HOW MANY INCHES OF ASPHALT DO I NEED?

    The general rule of thumb is a minimum of 3 inches over stone and 11/2 - 2 inches over existing asphalt or concrete.

  • WHY IS ASPHALT LESS EXPENSIVE THAN CONCRETE?

    Because concrete requires three contractors, excavator, carpenter, and a finisher. Labor and materials cost more.

  • HOW LONG DOES ASPHALT USUALLY LAST?

    Approximately 15-20 years… also depending on how you take care of it.


  • WHAT IS RESURFACING?

    Resurfacing is a top layer of fine surface asphalt , usually 2 ½ inches thick that is placed on top of the existing asphalt.

  • HOW LONG DO I NEED TO STAY OFF OF MY NEW PAVED DRIVEWAY?

    You may walk on newly paved asphalt after it has been rolled and compressed. Usually within 1-3 days you can drive on it depending if the outside temperatures are very hot.

  • WHY SHOULD I GET MY DRIVEWAY SEALCOATED?

    Seal coating will extend the life of your driveway. It will help cracks from becoming larger. We recommend you seal your driveway every other year.
